I had a very stressful move to a new apartment. My previous land lord was reckless about my move and besides, the freight elevator broke down on the day of my move. Unloading things from my former apartment took not 40 minutes as it should have, but 2 and a half hours. I'm late for returning the truck. Your employee called and demanded to return the truck immediately, even though he could not do it because it was loaded with things. She tried to accuse me of not receiving this truck at the time when he should get it. She also threatened me that the truck would be recognized as stolen. I had to pay double the price for my rent, but it's not a problem. The problem is that you allow your employees to treat the client in this way. I'm not responsible for customers who rent your trucks. I pay for your service and it's up to me to decide how much to use your service.

Tracy SVery poor attitude of your staff (U-Haul is usually good) but the lady that helped me had dismissive, robotic and salty behavior. Hope she wasn't having a bad day but it's no way to treat customers.
