Though there were a few blemishes on the Van, there was nothing that prohibited us from being able to load / unload and safely operate the vehicle.

False advertising, additional charges, make sure you sign the vehicle out for the whole day. If you give them an estimated return time and you’re over, they will I’ll charge you again.
