Better signage. I had a bit of trouble finding the office. Maybe U-Haul sign could be larger and could have an arrow or something to let people know that when they get to that truck yard, they should make a slight turn to the left and then go further into the yard.

You're employee was difficult and asked us to repeat ourselves after every statement. He was not in the office when we arrived. We had to call and ask him to return so we can sign out the vehicle.
