DELAWER SSign says to proceed 500 yards to the West to drop off equipment. Nothing about going into the office 1st. I proceeded to drop off the trailer as per the businesses sign and instructions. App doesn’t work to return equipment! Only one guy working here, poor Guy was busy and he told me Id be charged $50 to move the trailer even though it was inbetween other uhaul trucks and trailers!! He said I should have stopped inside 1st, but their sign clearly says to proceed 600 yrds west to drop off equipment zone. No signs when there just a bunch of uhaul equipment! Very very poorly run and confusing signage posted…not the employee fault, bad ownership!!
