The signs indicating where to drop off the truck were very confusing and badly written English. The office was very run down and sketchy.

I had originally selected a different dropoff location to return the truck to when I made the booking. The morning of the return, I happen to check the UHaul app and I noticed that the dropoff location was changed on me. This led to some confusion on my part as I was not notified of the change, and I wasn't sure why this happened as there was no explanation given. The new dropoff location was a big rough graveled yard with mostly semi trailers, semi tractors and other heavy equipment stored there. The entrance was gated with no mechanism or intercom to talk to anyone to open the gate. Thankfully there happened to be a trucker coming into the yard ahead of us and that driver somehow opened the gate and we were able to drive through. Otherwise we would have been stuck at the gate until someone came along to open it. The spot where I was to drop off the Uhaul truck was at the far end of the yard and quite was a fair distance back to the office. So needless to say, I wasn't too happy with this dropoff location. The Uhaul rep at that site was nice and helpful, so I have no issue with the service he gave me. Just the yard itself was not the best.

Kameshkumar PI think everything is fine, but when you have to reverse the truck into the parking spot, it becomes very difficult because there are trucks parked on both sides, and it’s hard to park in between them. The office says that it has to be parked the same way as before. If the parking is not the same, they will charge you. And the truck has to be parked by backing in. Thanks.
