Arrived paid wasn’t given instruction no walk through. Was shown the trailer and that was it. I’ve rented trailers from other uhauls and they walk you through, help you load up. I had to line the ratchet on the car hauler as the maintenance was not done at all. Makes me wonder about the upkeep of the actual vehicles.
