The blinker on one side didn’t work and one other light didn’t work, and we called and spoke to someone and reported one of the tires were bad and never received a call back about repairing when we could have broke down on the side of the road or worse. No follow up call or nothing. We were very disappointed that safety of the customer did not seem important. Equipment should be checked prior to renting, we could have got a ticket for lights not working and could have had someone rear end us for the blinker not working.

Eric RI changed equipment and was sent to a new place to pick it up. No one was there and no equipment. Called back and they sent me to another place. They had equipment but raised the price $30.00 and said that was what it was. Called supervisor and they said they would refund money. Waiting for that to happen.
