You can't ever do mobile pick up. You always have to pick it up inside. They never have it ready to go and are always scrambling to get it ready. The lady that checks you in is efficient, but the guy isnt.

The U-haul truck did not have heat.
COURTNEY HI put the right amount of gas in it when I returned it. But didn’t have them go with me to verify then was charged for 4 gallons. I learned not to trust everyone to be honest because I know where the gas gauge was when I left it. But it ended up being their word against mine. Lesson learned.
Brooke MProblems galore. Guy told me 70 cents per mile on the phone…then charged a dollar a mile. No cruise control…vehicle wasn’t equipped with it nor power locks or power windows. Currently I wouldn’t recommend uhaul to anyone I know.
