Pickup was a nightmare. The location I picked the truck up was closed so I had to use the contactless service on the app.Naturally, U-Haul had my reservation messed up. I sat in the parking lot after hours, on a Sunday, for 40 minutes with customer service on the phone trying to get it fixed. They finally did, and offered me an extended drop off time the next day.

Tough actually making to rental agreement. Computers were down back door cable was broke. Driver door wouldn’t open or close properly due to fender damage.
