Don't change a thing! Excellent customer service, excellent cargo van!
ANN DI was charged insurance and wasn’t asked if I wanted it! I am insured on everything I drive I didn’t want the 15.00 charge!! A dollar a mile is really pushing it! Also was charged 10.00 dollars for a cleaning fee! I sweep it out after I used it! I don’t know if all U-Hauls do the same or not.
MARK RMy only complaint is you never informed me about the $45 insurance fee
