Our pick up was switched from Dover to Camden. We were set to pick-up truck at 10:00. When we arrived, a tire was flat. We had to wait 2 hours to have someone come out and change the tire. We did not leave the location until after 1:00 pm which set us way back on our travel plans. The cab and the back were dirty.

The first location I went to, where I had made the reservation, didn't have the truck I reserved. They told me to call U-Haul which I did and the lady was helpful and found me a truck in the area. I went to that location and tried to use your app to pick-up. It wasn't working so I went inside and the clerk couldn't log on to your website. I called U-Haul again and the lady walked me though the app issue but it didn't work. I then had to call again and finally, on the 3rd try, I was able to get the truck. However, it took over an extra hour of me waiting for U-Haul to get the truck so it was not a seamless effort. I think a credit for my time is in order as I had done everything I was supposed to do. I had to even re-submit my drivers license and credit card information even though I had done it online when I made the reservation, a week earlier.
