They are not trustworthy!!! Billed my credit card an additional $211.68 without my knowledge or permission and when I contacted them about there were SEVERAL different reasons or excuses none of which I authorized! My entire transaction was paid for online and I should not have been billed any amount without consent. You could have easily called to discuss! I will be contacting my bank about this! And then you make me wait to get money that you should not have charged! Never again will I use U-Haul!
