I have to talk about how I ended here to rent the truck. On May 10, 2026 we reserved a truck at Harry 3 715 Jefferson Davis Hwy Camden, SC (Reservation#-27691921). I arrived to pick the truck up and there were no trucks in the yard. I called the given contact number and was advised to come in the store. The clerk had to call someone about the truck. I was advised by that person that the truck was in the shop and he did not have one, he advised that he would find one for me. After about 10 minutes on hold I left that store and went to MACS and rented the truck. I think is is really POOR customer service. Very disappointed in UHAUL and how you choose for locations to rent. I would like for someone to contact me about this.

Stacey JMy pick up location was moved four times from the original location I choose. The last time was at 9:30 am the day of pickup. I reserved the truck months in advance. I came from NC to SC going from one location to another. That alone was too much frustration. Customer service as far as talking with them was excellent.
