My reservation pickup time was set for 9AM but the location did not open until 10AM. Lots of finger pointing when I called your customer service but they told me that the computer sets the location and did not check on whether or not the location was open or closed. Also a previous trailer user had hauled something that got grease on the floor and it had not been cleaned up when I picked up the trailer. The site cleaned most of the grease up and put a blanket down on the floor but there still was grease residue on the floor.
JOHN DI recvd the most courteous and kindly professional service that is very rare these days. Brian went way above and beyond to help me n every way and so did the lady that drives the truck. I'm very impressed with them both and will def recommend them . Always kind and respectful caring human who provided the utmost SVC to me. I am extremely happy and very impressed by their SVC. Please reward them.

ENE WProvide the correct equipment that's safe and well prepared for a LONG drive. This was the most treacherous, dangerous drive I've ever taken. Do to your equipment.
