I really think having more different kinds of trailers would be beneficial. I really needed a car dolly, but got a full car trailer. I also think that UHaul should rent trailers with electric brakes. Also a little dump trailer would be handy for a lot of people.

ERIC FMake the drop off location for keys/ the main uhaul office part of the building better labeled and easier to see. I returned a truck in the dark in the rain after hours and I had to look around a bit for where to put the keys.
