Both of the reps were nice and helpful with my rental.
CAROL GMy last review I was mad they seemingly "overcharged me" but I think they didn't and they just actually have a weird way of doing the transaction. It looked like they double charged but I think one was actually a refund. Idk it's hard to explain and pretty confusing but now that it's all said and done equipment returned it appears they charged the right amount. My apologies.
