CHRISTOPHER PThe process in order to get the U-Haul via self check in was absolutely ridiculous. I put in that we needed the U-Haul for 6 hours and the first hour and a half of that time was spent just trying to get ahold of someone because nothing would work. We had to get 5 different verifications in order for them to even accept the driver of the U-Haul, from 5 different people. None of the links to upload pictures of the vehicle before we left the lot would work so we couldn’t even do that. The U-Haul had zero gas in it when getting it but we were expected to leave it half full…. Some light came on while we were driving and idek what for. There was so much more that I literally could not understand, ive been renting uhauls for years and idk what changed but it’s never been so complicated. This was ridiculous.
