Maybe a sign at the office that I am returning the vehicle to. Park returning vehicles here in after hours returns. Would have been helpful. I just parked anywhere on the lot and was not sure if that was ok.

Glen NI can’t remember her name but the lady at the front desk was very helpful and made the process a breeze.
Stephen HPicking up the truck was a nightmare- I thought I had given all the information and only had to call for a code -they needed contact information and then came back and said they couldn’t contact them- no one answers phones anymore unless they recognize the number - then we couldn’t get into the box - we were there just after 8 didn’t actually get the truck until much later -after 9 A real gong show -when we got our bill it said we were paying $1.59 km -that’s not what it said when we were booking
