Unfortunately we had to drive through the storage yard to start the 26' U-haul. There was snow that needed to be removed off the windshield and there was no snowbrush so had to use cardboard we found behind the seat. After clearing the snow the wipers did not work so had to drive back to office to arrange another U-haul. The ladies in office were very accommodating and we ended up getting the 20' U-haul we originally booked. Good thing they were there becuase we would have been out of the truck using the app/on-line process.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkDo not go through uhaul, if you can deal with them is way better. Uhaul was a shitshow
Kelsey JSheree was amazing! She not only sorted out our return but also helped me with issues that got created in the uhaul system several rentals ago..! No easy task I’ll have you know.. Didn’t get a chance to meet her in person, just a couple conversations on the phone but she helped immeasurably. & A lovely person to chat with:)
Sean TBasically, got my uhaul from a convenience store clerk. Good thing process is supported primarily online. It was beneficial location and hours of business though. Clerk was helpful but it was weird.
Rick AI didn't catch her name, but the lady working at the mini storage in Camrose who received the truck is a breath of fresh air. Absolutely charming!
