Picking up the truck was a nightmare- I thought I had given all the information and only had to call for a code -they needed contact information and then came back and said they couldn’t contact them- no one answers phones anymore unless they recognize the number - then we couldn’t get into the box - we were there just after 8 didn’t actually get the truck until much later -after 9 A real gong show -when we got our bill it said we were paying $1.59 km -that’s not what it said when we were booking

Dispatcher from Edmonton area needs to be more organized.
KEVIN BHours for this location were extremely unclear... Uhaul and Google Maps both have different hours listed than what they actually keep, and they told me another time again. They also didn't have a debit machine, and the whole pickup process was a lot more awkward than usual. The people were friendly at least, but I won't be back to this location.
