Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with uhaul. The truck I picked wouldn’t even start. Had to get a different one. Spent 4 hours with customer service just to get put in a different vehicle and have my reservation kept. They gave me nothing for my time; didn’t extend my reservation the 4 hours spent with customer service or anything. Uhaul is an absolute joke of a company. I’ll never use them again, I’d rather go with anyone else.

We had to call customer service for the drop off address to be changed, even though it was listed correctly on our contact that we received the day prior. We arrived and it was all confusing. Called customer service and the representative was breaking up. Took longer than expected to talk to someone and get help
