You changed my reservation from a 20' truck to a 26' truck without consulting me! My co-driver can't drive a 26' truck so I had to do all the driving for 3 days! You also changed the pickup location I had originally chose to a further location who DID NOT HAVE STOCKED the simple $10 roll of wrapping plastic I paid for to pickup at rental. I had to go to another location to pick it up. You changed the turn in time from what I had originally selected (so I could move other items on turn-in day) from late afternoon to 11:15am And the check engine light came on the first day and I had to take time and go to an Advanced Auto store to read the code that it was an oxygen sensor malfunction. The technician say that had been reset previously and will probably decrease my MPG. That added cost, time and mileage to my trip. I'm telling everyone I know what a crappy experience I had with U-haul and they should never rent from you because you jerk the customer around for your convenience.
