I had stop using U-Haul because the customer service was horrible, you reserve location and get there no trucks, then you have to go other places! But I love going to Myers!!!! He always has a truck me and the process is smooth every time!!!!!! Even though it’s out my way I will drive to go to him

Joseph TI didn't get any paperwork to start. He said I went over the mileage when a know for a fact I didn't, they didn't inspect the truck when I got it so how would know about the mileage, upon on returning the truck he said he would close me once his computer started back work... HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!
kevin wThe owner took off a discount that was granted to me and then overcharged me as well. I had no choice but to pay it because I was there already, but I will never be back again and do not recommend a swindler.
Morgan ENo trailer brakes it banged at every stop and start also scary in bad weather with no brakes. I’m sure the last customer didn’t report it. But I did when returned it.
