The lady we spoke with was very rude. We rented the U haul for 24 hours. We were told and the paperwork AND APP said we had until 12:30pm the next day. She informed us later that evening over the phone that we had to return it by 10am the next day because she rented it out to another family and that we'd be charged 114 dollars for another day plus an additional $50 fee if we didn't comply. It messed up our move and we weren't able to get everything done due to a non-consenting time change. We are very upset.
