The man running the store at 12pm on 1/24 could not figure out how to work the computer system to confirm my online reservation for a truck pickup. He got more and more frustrated as he tried to complete the transaction and started slamming things around and cussing in front of us, a single woman and her daughter. We were the only ones in the building and his aggressive outbursts of slamming objects and foul language terrified me and my 6 year old. I offered to reserve the pickup online via mobile pickup so that he wouldn't have to deal with the system and he snapped at me demanding my personal information and emergency contacts despite me telling him I would rather complete the transaction online. He never gave me his name or I would include it here, I I'll never reserve from this location again and had it not been the only one open in the area I would've left as soon as I saw him start losing his temper. This was a terrifying experience for a woman and her small child alone in what should have been a quick easy interaction. 0/10 would not dream of recommending this to my worst enemy

Tail lights stopped working and I had to buy magnetic lights to put on the van we were towing.

He was communicative, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to try to accommodate my change as much as possible. Location is a little tight for app photos as you leave, but the customer service was so phenomenal, it can be overlooked!
