Did not realize it was 100% via phone, took about an hour for me to complete info and get truck. Truck was clean and well maintained. Did not receive the furniture pads requested.
Barry VThe process to pick the truck up was crap, kept freezing wouldn’t call to verify sat there for two hours trying to get anything to work. The will never suggest anyone to pick up something without U-Haul present associate
Jolene RThe location is physically located well, but the lack of personal service makes it unpleasant, as the UHaul 800 # couldn’t assist and had me go to the property owner for assistance, which was not a solution. The inside back of the vehicle was covered in dried white residue. The lock on the lock box malfunctioned and the front panel to the lock box doesn’t drop far enough to retrieve the key without significant difficulty. Overall a poor experience that will not get any repeat business from me.
