Truck not available. Had to go an extra 13 miles for truck
Lisa F.Owner was very rude, not helpful at alll. He did not un hook trailer I had to unhook all and move trailer my self .He kept telling me I could drop off at a fort Myers location ,even though I was in Cape Coral Never again. He should not be Uhaul location. Do not go to there
Diane W.Check in service is not easy to complete if you have any questions. I was on a hold for an hour and a half. Once they answered my call I checked in but after an hour and a half of waiting. That was ridiculous. Customer service needs to be improved and there needs to be more people answering the phone if you truly want people to be able to check in easily
