The truck was reserved at the Mechanicsburg location and a price for a one-way trip to Brooklyn was quoted at $99.00. After checking in at the Carlisle location the price jumped to more than $400. I was told that it was a mistake made at the Mechanicsburg location and I could cancel the truck reservation. Very poor customer service. The mistake was not made by the customer but was ultimately paid for by the customer. Very disappointed and disturbed by the lack of customer service.

Margaret DOne employee was friendly and got me to the guy i needed. He had no time for me. It was just like, give me the keys and leave. The friendly one apologized for him and said he was late for a meeting. Wasn't that big of a deal though.
