How U-Haul Reviews WorkI dropped the truck off after hours at this location so I can't really say how they are. But bottom line is U-Haul in general is horrible. And I would never recommend that company to anyone and I will never use them again. I feel as if I need to be refunded at least half if not all of my money back and that still wouldn't make it satisfactory. It was the worst trip I've had in my entire life. And the experience is solely because of U-Haul and their substandard equipment horrible customer service and that is the bottom line. And I will never hear anything from them unfortunately. As far as I'm concerned you will take advantage of people and is a horrible company.

keith ZWe got there at 8am to drop off the u haul. The construction worker came in early and was very courtesy to say they did not open till 9am but he will let the assistant know we were there at 8am. we got back there at 845 and they were kind enough to take care of us. They were all kind and courtesy . Thank you
