Pick up for my rental wasn't bad but had requested a van and when I got there I couldn't find it till I drove around back! When I found it I was stopped and told to wait being it may not be the one I would be renting! Was told it needed work before it could be rented but honestly felt like someone was living in it can. It confirm nor deny but was really weird how they didn't want me to get closer to it. Was forced to use a 10' box truck which would be a lot more in gas but wasn't traveling to far! Went to return it on time and took a video when I picked it up and when I dropped it off luckily! When I got my final receipt I was over charged by 16 miles being they stated the truck had less miles on it when picking it up! Picked up with 1172 and they stated it was 1157. On top of that I made sure to hit no overage at all for insurance and was charged $30! What should have been a $45 rental turned into double. When I contact facility in question by phone call twice and by text I got no response! Had to go through U-Haul which opened a case to look into it and was told it would take 3 days to get an answer. The people I felt with during pick up I believe to be the old owners in house behind the gate being they first stated I had to call number up front and that it had just opened! When dropping off it was with a women with I believe her daughter and both very polite and stated they were just starting!

Was one guy at the entrance very nice and helpful, he told us where to park and then a nice lady come out to make sure everything went well and if we needed anything else, she was very friendly and polite. She told me the name of her and the other lady, but I’m sorry I don’t remember, I think she said Kelly and someone else but was a long day Sorry girls. But I love the way she approaches me.

FREDERIC S10aam pick up, not open after wakeup of staff to rent Truck and driving 1.5 hours, the back of truck had a pad lock on it. after many calls to several phone #s found out we were given a loaded truck, End day resalt, lost day three loaders and me. Gas and having to extend our storage cost. $ lost For me labor =500 gas=180 storage =200 Total $ 880.00 loss + any non refundable Truck Rentra Rental location needs investigation by UHAL CORP
FRANK RI went to this place to rent a U-Haul. I met an employee there. I rented the U-Haul from him and left. When I returned to drop it off, I went to the office. I knocked on the office door, but the employee was busy on his phone. He came out swearing and spoke to me in a very rude and abusive manner. And then he overcharged me! The truck had only been driven 17 miles, but he charged me for 11 gallons of gas, which cost $76. I am not happy. He treated me this way because I am from another country. I am sad.
