This location is a self-serve location that requires you to have an app on your cell phone to return the vehicle,. problem 1) my cell phone was too old to download app and reception was poor. We downloaded app on wife's cell but again reception was slow and took several times to get form filled out and sent in. You have to take at least 6 pictures of the equipment to return it without being charged to have someone come out and inspect it. I felt like I should have been paid or reimbursed for doing a job that should have been done by an employee. I was never informed that this location does not have any employees it is just a place to park the van and leave keys in a box.
