Same problem I could not sign in to do the whole drop off procedure so I have like 12 pictures for my personal files and if you need those let me know but again I could not do it within the app because it only would send me an email one time code and I could never get back on the screen in time without you all starting the whole process over again so that code really needs to come up on text on the phone while you're on the app or the website

There was a bad of food left in the cab of the U-Haul we were able to rent and it had been there so long it had maggets in it and left an awful odor in the truck. It was the only U-Haul available for rent. My husband had to drive it to and from the place where the bed was with it smelling so bad. We would like U-Haul to check it out and possibly give us a refund for having to use this U-Haul with such a terrible odor.
Darrel NReturned equipment outside of normal business hours through the app, so did not deal with any personnel at this location. I tried to leave this question unanswered, but the survey would not allow me to submit it that way.

Martin BThis location is a self-serve location that requires you to have an app on your cell phone to return the vehicle,. problem 1) my cell phone was too old to download app and reception was poor. We downloaded app on wife's cell but again reception was slow and took several times to get form filled out and sent in. You have to take at least 6 pictures of the equipment to return it without being charged to have someone come out and inspect it. I felt like I should have been paid or reimbursed for doing a job that should have been done by an employee. I was never informed that this location does not have any employees it is just a place to park the van and leave keys in a box.
