I dropped off on a Sunday and noone was there. There were also zero insturctions as to were to leave the U-Haul.
Tracie TThis location was not my first choice, but it was fine. Trailer was old, but had good tires and did not leak, which served my purpose. The owner did not ask about insurance and charged an additional $70 to my credit card. I explained to him that I declined insurance when I made the reservation. He said there was nothing he could do, and I would have to call customer service.
