The guy in Carroll came right out when I drove in told me just to park it and he would take care of it. He unhooked it and said that's all he needed. Very nice guy, he asked if I had a good trip. I was impressed.

The guy in charge of this location was excellent. He helped me troubleshoot my wiring and when I returned the trailer after one day of use instead of the planned three he called me and offered a full refund. I didn’t expect any refund, yet he called and offered. Something tells me he’s a committed Christian.

Charles PI ran into an issue and immediately needed to rent a truck and trailer. Todd had me ready to roll in a very short period of time and saved me a lot of headaches...and possibly my life! The heat index was well over 100° and I had decided to buy a riding lawnmower and needed a way to get it home. The place I bought the lawnmower from said it would be 2 weeks until they could deliver (my pickup broke down last week), it was a Saturday and I couldn't get ahold of any friends, and I am no longer a Spring chicken, and my grass was way too much for me to handle with a push mower.
