We had booked a 15' Uhaul from this location and the day prior Uhaul sent an email saying we had to go to a different location which we did not get the notification till last minute. We ended up getting a 10' from the original location which caused us to make two trips instead of one which cost more in mileage. We even booked a week ahead of time which is what was frustrating. I feel if you book something ahead of time then it should be there and you shouldn't have to try to find it from a different location. It was an unpleasant experience. Bill from Wolfe Brothers Diesel was nice, but didn't bother to give any discount for our inconvenience.
