The overall experience with U-haul was so subpar I will NEVER use them again. I reserved a truck 3 weeks in advance for a one-way move and the location was changed 3 times, as well as a day change. The date was moved from Saturday to Sunday and this location was closed. And they forgot to put the keys in the after-hours box. The call center was able to get in touch with the owner who brought the keys within 15 minutes but the overall experience was so poor. The last phone agent I spoke with was great but the other 14 people were terrible. Also, the movers I booked from U-haul to unload the truck never showed up and I had to scramble to find a replacement service. I feel like U-Haul should’ve paid me for all of my wasted time. Do better!
