Overall my experience was positive. The location was in an industrial area (rentals are not there main business). That being said they were very professional in handling my rental process. The dogs were professional too :-).

jeri vThe truck was not even checked in when I arrived. Your greeted by 3 large dogs, fortunately I'm a dog person, but for others can be intimidating. There was no appliance dolly, to where I had to stop by the primary location that I had requested to pickup the truck to get it. The personal there seemed to be clueless about the rental proceedurer.
