I asked for pickup in Carson city with a live counter person. This was not what I got. I had to drive out of my way and there was nobody on the premises. I would like to speak to someone about this poor experience.

In the middle of an industrial area with dead vegetation everywhere. No instructions for lock box code - Turns out the key was in an unlocked box. Don’t like doing all the work - taking pictures, mileage, checking in and out in the dirt with 90+ heat. Not a great location. Customer service agent, Lucy, made the transaction less stressful but I still don’t appreciate the work that goes into renting a UHaul. Good thing I don’t move often.

jim oOverall my experience was positive. The location was in an industrial area (rentals are not there main business). That being said they were very professional in handling my rental process. The dogs were professional too :-).
