I was dropping off a 26' Box Truck WITH a car tower/hauler. I had to park in the street and walk to get to the office to find out where to park this thing. They had to move some vehicles so I could park it. The place was like a dirty warehouse... which is probably what they were... doing U-Haul as a side gig.

Service, service, service. Everyone is super nice and helpful. I've been to several different locations and have waited for 15 minutes or more in the showroom for someone or anyone to acknowledge my presences, not this place. Just by happenstance, I arrived when an associate was walking between buildings and was immediately greeted and asked if I was there for a Uhaul rental. She walked me to back to the building with the Uhaul sign and, bingo, I was on my way. This location is not a Uhaul retail superstore, it is a place to pick up your trailer and get going with friendly service.
Ross TThe location is a dingy, distribution warehouse, dark and not inviting. The U-Haul return was a very nice lady in a dark corner. There was no real parking lot for the vehicle. The lady was very nice and helpful during the return - the only good thing about this location.
