AMANDA WThe truck should have a full tank when picked up. The fuel was on empty for us which was very inconvenient.
Marty RI reserved the 6'x12' trailer online and completed the rental at the office. The manager was courteous and my checkout was quickly processed.
GILL SThe vehicle was dirty. Also, the vehicle had a strong smoke smell, ashes were on the floor, the floor was also sticky like someone spilled a liquid on it. Told the attendant when I returned the vehicle 45 minutes later and he was unapologetic and just said no returns or discounts.
