Location was great Equipment was subpar. The ramps on the back did not want to slide. I had to use a hammer to get one of them unstuck to pull off the car. Trailer did have prior damage, and a few of the spots were already notated with the X sticker so that was nice. I knew I would not get charged for the spot that was already damaged. The U-Haul system is a great system. Next time I need to rent. I will use U-Haul again.

Monty HI have already lodged a complaint with corporate regarding ny needing to rent from this facility. The person I rented for previously had someone rent for her 3 days prior and that person stole her items,but returned the items, only for uhaul not to let her retrieve her items, even though she identified all the items and was the emergency contact. But was never contacted when they couldn't get the lease holder. Common sense says allow her to get her items. Your regional manager, Steven Mansfueld is an idiot and Uhaul managers and regional manager didnt even follow your own procedures. They never called the emergency contact. Instead, the emergency contact contacted them, told them the scenario and uhaul still denied her right to regain her possessions. If they were thrown out or discarded when I rented another truck and could have picked them up, then there will be a lawsuit for their stupidity!
Nicko PThe owner/manager is nice, but the location is harder to get to, the light to exit is excessively long. The terrain was damp. Maybe if the uhaul system wasn't so pathetically slow, it wouldn't had seemed bad.
