ROBERT EThe location/dealer ( Little O Tires of Casa Grande were great) The trailer I rented checked out as "acceptable" on your online survey before the rental is "rented." All equipment was said to be "good to go" I came and picked up the trailer. When I went to load the vehicle I needed moved, the trailer was too short to accommodate the approved vechicle. So I had to eat nearly 100 because the website said my vehicle would fit and it actually did not. The lady with the dealership for UHAUL said it wasnt something she could "fix." I am out 100 and still needing the vehicle moved.
