I picked up my truck after hours the U-Haul app was not working so I had to call and wait a long time for someone to help me. When I opened the lock box there was no key inside. Luckily they had a sign for 24 hour road side assistance for the tire shop and I called that number and someone came pretty quickly but I would’ve had to wait the following day if no one answered or they didn’t have that sign. There should be a number to call for situations like that and not be on a wait list with U-Haul call center.

No contact with employees. shop was closed used ap to return truck left key in lock box. It took sometime to complete return on ap. Very easy just time consuming
