Install window wipers that work; the blades were hard and overdue for replacement. It created difficulty seeing to drive safely in the rain. The check engine light was at pickup.
Paul FInterior was very clean, had to stop to clean windows couldn't see out the windshield.
Kelly COnly 1 employee can check out equipment at this location that is primarily another business, a gas station. The employee was on lunch during my scheduled pickup time, the 1800 uhaul customer service reps were unfriendly and unhelpful. A simple scheduled pickup for a tow dolly involved over a half hour of waiting.
Ken BI requested a 6x12 trailer two weeks in advance for Ellensburg, WA. A day and a half before my moving day U-Haul informed me that my trailer was to be picked up 1 1/2 hours away and over a mountain pass in the winter in Cashmere, WA. When I asked about it (since I booked it two whole weeks prior) they said it was the best they could do. When I picked up, none of the trailer lights worked. Overall a very poor experience.
