I actually returned the trailer on the same day I picked it up, Monday 1/5/26.

Eric SMost of the issue was with the app check-in system failing. After checking in and getting a confirmation from the app, the representative at the gas station (not a U-Haul store) said that "the guy" didn't get it. She proved helpful at being the go-between between me and "the guy", which i am very thankful for, but she was quite bad at communicating clearly. In the 30 minutes I was there trying to figure this all out, we had several miscommunications which were very preventable. All said, the check-out process there was not as simple as it should have been, and it delayed me nearly an hour and a half.
Ethan PI ordered 12 blankets and only got 6. I ordered a furniture dolly and they did not have one.
