Personnel was getting frustrated that I couldn't figure out how to back up the trailer but this was my first time ever trying but we got it figured out.
Breena HWe are not from the area and needed a small trailer to bring a purchase back home, and we needed it fast. The gentleman at the store quickly went through the process, and I was literally back on the road in 10 minutes. He did it all on his phone, and since my info was already in the system from past U-Haul rentals, it was super simple.
TODD ACheck in process was very long. And needed so many retake photos checking out. Will not use this place again.
