I made my reservation in person in the closest town to me (45 miles). Uhaul called the day before my pickup time and said the closest truck to me was 148 miles away. Come to find out, that is common with Uhaul. UNeed to do better.

JEFFREY HWhen I arrived at the Casper location to pick up my rentals I was told I had to drive several miles to a different location to pick up the truck and then several miles to another location to pick up the trailer. I didn't rent from those locations and the rental location I started from on second street in Casper seemed to care less of the situation. While the persons at the pick up points were very helpful I think it is very poor customer service to rent from one location and then be told to travel all over town to get the equipment I required.

Lindsay SGet rid of the ******* app!! The dealer was needs more experience. He was very friendly and kind but took 30 min to get the app to work so I could get the truck. === Your survey is pitiful. It asks only about the dealers and not the company. I have wasted around 4 hours trying to get your ******* app to work for just two rentals. This rental I selected the in person check in but was changed to app check in.
