rita hSuper.friend and easy to deal with. I had to change from a trailer to a truck and they made it easy and wasn't even at the store. They did it on their phone. Made my move a lot simpler.
Kevin MNo staff there during dropoff. Spoke to them on phone, so I knew that would be the case. Told to just leave the trailer. Not told where, exactly. Location was on a hill. When attempting to drop trailer, husband was dragged to the bottom of the hill in an attempt to keep trailer from rolling. There was no way to stop it.
