Dusty H.We were sent to this location after our original site 40 miles away was unable to provide a truck. This location was great and when they didn't have the truck went above and beyond to find one about 10 miles away. Totally different experience than what we received at Bentonville Ustorage the night before when we stopped in to see if they had the truck we requested early. The service counter associate was down right rude and made no attempt to even access the database to help us find another truck in the area. Despite the fact we rent 3 storage units from that site since last May 2022.
