They did not check in the vehicle at time of drop off/return. It took them almost 24 hours from drop off/return to check in the vehicle.
Jarred CWe had trouble with the app trying to return rental. It was late at night. We tried for an hour and then called the help line. App needs some help. Was aggravated…we are supposed to receive an extra payment for dropping at this location.. we will see
