There was a utility truck parked in the way of the U-Haul preventing it from getting out. The clerk said we’d have to wait. My husband had to tell them it’s their responsibility to call someone and get the utility truck moved. They did but it delayed us picking up the U-Haul.

Really rough ride, and difficult to figure out instructions in the truck cab (I.e. tow mode vs. normal mode…??) …
Steve EThey did not check in the vehicle at time of drop off/return. It took them almost 24 hours from drop off/return to check in the vehicle.
Jarred CWe had trouble with the app trying to return rental. It was late at night. We tried for an hour and then called the help line. App needs some help. Was aggravated…we are supposed to receive an extra payment for dropping at this location.. we will see
