I use their 24/7 Truck Sharing from their app, and it’s easy and safe. Plus, it saves time and patience than waiting for the office to open.
Diana RThis drop off experience was awful. They are closed on weekends and large signs state that returns must be placed inside gate. The gate needs a code to open. Their phone simply says they are closed. Had to call UHaul and they eventually found a gate code. There is little room to maneuver inside and the location doesn’t feel safe. Cell reception is poor so using the app to check out takes a very long time. Don’t use this location, there are others in the area.
PAUL Zthe app was terrible and the on the phone support could have been much better this drop poff app made the experience terrible and wasted a lot of my time.
PAUL HThere was no one on site to assist with the drop-off. Site has sloped parking lot with no means to chock the wheels to prevent the trailer from rolling.
