Site hard to get into. A club is beside the place confusing the parking situation - no signs, so I just parked the truck in front of the shabby office. Upon dropoff, we were expecting someone to be there. We called and they told us to checkin using the u-haul app.

CHRISTOPHER SI arrived 10 min before my drop of time and there was no one in the office, the location is very remoted and sketchy. There are no directions on what to do if there's no one in the office. I had to google my instructions, hoping i did everything correctly and I don't get charge extra.
