I arrived 10 min before my drop of time and there was no one in the office, the location is very remoted and sketchy. There are no directions on what to do if there's no one in the office. I had to google my instructions, hoping i did everything correctly and I don't get charge extra.

Staff was efficient and helpful.
CLAUDEL CI had an issue with the previous location where I was trying to get the uhaul reserved, but the people at the front desk of the other company couldn't figure out if my uhaul was ready or not. Suchomlinow Business Group Inc had many uhauls to choose from and had me on my way in a matter of minutes!
