The greeter (woman) was rude and rolled her eyes at us. The location was as a strip mall and we saw the trucks but didn’t know which shop was renting u-haul as there was no signage on windows or door. When we mentioned this, she said there were signs all over. We asked her to show us, thinking we must have missed them. No. There was one sign that was not clearly visible from the road and had a lockbox over the sign. The man who set us up was friendly and helpful. The site was clean. Only reason I rated this as average.
